Our 3 Phase Process: Design to Install
1. Personalized Design
Every building design is as unique as its owner! We work with you to ensure your building has everything you need for its intended use.
From RV covers and Metal Shops with storage to large-scale Commercial Buildings and Barndominiums, we offer fully customizable solutions to match your vision.
Our expert Building Specialists take the time to understand your needs and utilize the many options available—from roof styles and door placements to insulation and interior layouts—to create a tailor-made building just for you. No matter the size or function, we’re here to bring your ideal space to life with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
2. Agreement of Order
Once you’re ready to guarantee your quoted rate, we walk you through the payment process.
We use a secure payment processor to satisfy the deposit for your metal building order. A receipt will be issued for your records.
Next step is getting your agreement signed. Typically, we get right to work and send your agreement by email, same day. We’ll gather any final details we’ll need like best contact info and install address.
When we receive back your e-signed agreement, we send it in to the manufacturer for processing. They will give you their Welcome Call within 1-2 Business Days to discuss install expectations.
3. Install/After Sale Support
The best part has come. It’s time to have your new metal building installed!
The install team will be on your prepared site within 4-6 weeks from the time your slab is poured (alternative foundations are also permitted, ask your Building Specialist in the design phase about your intended foundation).
Most buildings are erected within 1-3 Days, depending on the size of your project.
Continued support is available to you throughout the process from your Building Specialist. To ensure a smooth installation, keep your Building Specialist in the loop throughout the project and reach out with any updates, questions, or concerns.
